These terms are between you and Grapinz Technology, registered at 152/4, Second Floor, Johnson Enclave, 6th Extension, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, 641 012, India.
Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data
- Interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site
- Submit false information through any form
- Use automated tools to extract content at scale without written permission
- Copy or republish content without permission
Services
Service descriptions on this website are for information and are not a binding offer. Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms.
Where these terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement takes precedence.
Fees and payment
Fees are as stated in the applicable engagement agreement or enrolment confirmation, and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at the prevailing rate where applicable.
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may suspend work or access to programme materials where agreed payments are overdue.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, graphics, logos and code — belongs to Grapinz or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
Ownership of work produced under a client engagement is defined in that engagement agreement. Our standard position is that the client owns the delivered work, including source code, on final payment.
Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site accurate and current, but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Course structures, programme details, fees and service offerings may change.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Grapinz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services, including loss of profit, revenue or data.
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
