Course Enrollment Terms

Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed when we accept your application and the required fee is received. A place is not reserved until enrolment is confirmed in writing.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment schedules and any instalment options are confirmed at the point of enrolment and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at the prevailing rate where applicable.

Where instalments are agreed, each instalment falls due on the date stated in the enrolment confirmation. Access to programme materials may be suspended where an agreed instalment is overdue.

Course fees are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before paying.

Programme delivery

Programmes run in the modes published on the course page — classroom, online or hybrid. We may change schedules, mentors or delivery mode where necessary, and will give as much notice as we reasonably can.

Course content may be updated to keep pace with current industry practice.

Attendance and completion

Certification requires meeting the published attendance and assessment requirements, including project submission where the programme includes one.

Extended absence may affect eligibility for certification. Tell us early rather than late if your circumstances change — we handle these case by case, and a transfer to a later batch may be possible under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Materials and access

Programme materials are licensed for your personal learning use only. They may not be redistributed, resold, published or used for commercial training.

Account credentials must not be shared. Shared access may result in withdrawal of access without refund.

Conduct

We expect respectful, professional conduct toward mentors and fellow participants. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism and disruption may result in removal from the programme without refund.

Outcomes

We provide portfolio review, CV feedback and interview preparation as part of our programmes. We do not guarantee employment, placement or any specific career outcome, and we make no representation about salary or hiring rates.

Cancellation

Cancellation, transfer and refund arrangements are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Course fees are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed; a one-time transfer to a later batch may be requested instead.
