Software that holds up after launch day
We design, build and maintain the systems businesses actually run on — websites, web applications, mobile apps and internal tools. One accountable team from the first conversation to the version running in production a year later.
- Discovery before code — scope, timeline and budget agreed up front
- You own the source code, the repository and the infrastructure
- Maintenance and support available after handover, not an afterthought
From the first idea to the system your team depends on
Most software problems are not coding problems. They are unclear scope, the wrong architecture chosen early, or a build nobody can maintain once the original developer disappears. We work the other way round: understand the business process first, choose boring reliable technology, document what we build, and hand over something your team can actually operate.
What Technology does
Every service below has its own page with the detail — process, technologies, use cases and pricing approach.
How we operate
The commitments that apply to every engagement, whatever the service.
Scope before code
Every engagement starts with discovery. You see the plan, the phases and a realistic estimate before development begins.
Architecture that scales
Clean separation between frontend, API and database, so growing traffic or adding a module never means a rewrite.
Security by default
Validated inputs, hashed credentials, rate limiting, least-privilege access and HTTPS everywhere — from day one, not after an audit.
Performance as a requirement
Speed budgets are agreed alongside features. A slow product is an unfinished product.
Documented handover
Deployment steps, environment variables, admin guides and architecture notes are part of delivery.
Support that continues
Optional maintenance retainers cover updates, monitoring, backups and small changes.
How an engagement runs
No black box. You know what stage we are at and what happens next.
Discovery
We map the business process, the users and the constraints. You get a written scope, a phase plan and an estimate range — not a number pulled from the air.
Design
Wireframes then interface design, reviewed with you before a line of production code exists. Changing a screen at this stage costs minutes, not weeks.
Build
Development in short cycles with a staging URL you can open at any time. No black box, no month-long silences.
Test & harden
Functional testing across devices, input validation, permission checks, performance passes and an accessibility review.
Launch
Deployment, DNS, SSL, analytics, backups and search-engine setup — with a rollback plan in place before we go live.
Support
Post-launch monitoring and an agreed support window. Retainers are available for ongoing changes.
Technology — questions people ask
Fixed price for well-defined scope, and a monthly rate for ongoing or open-ended work. Either way you see the phase breakdown before you commit, and change requests are quoted separately rather than absorbed silently.
You do. On final payment the repository, the domain, the hosting accounts and all source code are transferred into your ownership. We do not hold client projects hostage on our infrastructure.
Often, yes. We start with a paid technical audit of the current codebase and tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding is cheaper over a two-year horizon. Sometimes the honest answer is that your current developer should finish it.
You get a defect-fix window covering anything that does not work as specified. Beyond that, maintenance retainers cover updates, security patches, backups, monitoring and a bucket of change hours each month.
Yes. Most delivery happens remotely with scheduled calls and a shared project board. In-person meetings can be arranged where practical.
