Why we work this way

Most companies that claim to do everything do none of it well. We took on only the work where each part genuinely makes the others better — not whatever revenue happened to sit next door.

Our developers teach, so students are held to the standard client projects are held to. Those students arrive in the industry already knowing what a code review is. Marketing promotes products our own engineers built, so a campaign is never pointed at a website that cannot carry it. And founders get all of that in the order that reduces risk rather than the order that spends budget fastest.

None of it is a package. Most clients need one thing, get that one thing done properly, and never hear about the rest.

Say the difficult thing early

If a plan will not work, or a budget will not cover the scope, we say so before the engagement starts rather than discovering it together halfway through.

You own your work

Source code, repositories, domains, hosting accounts and content are registered to you and handed over. We do not hold client assets hostage.

Speed is a feature

Performance budgets are agreed with scope. A product nobody waits for is a product nobody uses.

Security is not a phase

Validation, authentication, rate limiting and least-privilege access are built in from the start, not retrofitted after an incident.

Document the handover

Deployment steps, environment variables, admin guides and architecture notes are part of delivery, not an extra.
